Full Membership
To be eligible to be a full member of the Harbour Green Shore Club, you must live within the boundaries of the HGSC Homeowners Association.

New members must purchase a $2,800 Bond to join the club (multiple payment plans available) or acquire the bond through transfer from the previous owner of the home. Bonds may only be transferred from members in good standing. Current annual dues for full members are $1,300.
Full members also have access rights to the marina facility, depending on availability.

Seasonal Guest Pass
The HGSC Seasonal Guest Pass entitles a family residing in Old Harbour Green or Bar Harbor to enjoy the HGSC beach club facilities on a seasonal basis. Only limited number of passes are available, and there is a waiting list of applicants. Click here to read the terms and conditions related to the seasonal guest pass program.
