HGSC's Kayak & Paddleboard Launching Area was introduced a mere few years ago and has quickly become a lively hub where enthusiastic members gather, share stories, and plan their next adventure.  Along with their club membership fee, Kayak & Paddleboard Members also pay a fee for launching and storage privileges.

Vessels are launched from a combination-locked gated area with camera surveillance. HGSC's Kayak & Paddleboard Launching area is located at the east end of the Club-bound facilities, not in the Marina.

Policies

• Launching from HGSC is strictly for member registered devices only
• Anyone under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult to enter
• Kayak and paddleboard lift MUST be operated with adult supervision
• When launching or redocking ask for assistance
• Always...Always...Always...let someone know that you are going out
  (Even if you are staying close)
