Welcome to the community of Harbour Green Estates. This unique community of some 400 homes is located on the tip of a peninsula overlooking the Great South Bay. Today, at one time of the year or another, residents of Harbour Green can enjoy a wide range of wholesome and interesting activities for persons of all ages: swimming, boating, fishing, poolside parties, arts and crafts and so on.
The catalyst for all of these activities is the Harbour Green Shore Club (HGSC). Our Club offers its members an Olympic-size pool, a lovely beach area comprising three acres of prime beachfront property and a private marina located at the foot of the Grand Lagoon. Boats ranging from 18 to 45 feet tie up at our well equipped and maintained docks.
Established in 1957, the HGSC. is the heart of the social activity in the community. Memorial Day marks the beginning of the outdoor season which continues through Labor Day. The Beach and Pool Club is a summertime meeting place which makes it easy to become acquainted with your neighbors.
Expenditures at the Beach and Pool Club and Marina are shared by all members to maintain and improve facilities. Marina users, who must be a member of the HGSC, are charged a fee for berthing privileges for their vessels. The fee is determined by boat size.
